We loved the complimentary use of the nearby onsen which was breathtaking. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the option of borrowing bikes for free. Additionally, the staff members who could speak English were extremely helpful.

Nothing everything was great.

Located in a rural area, there are limited options for food and entertainment, but the free bike rental is a great way to explore. the staff is friendly and offer a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation in the hot spring. the rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding.

The breakfast options were quite limited and unappetizing.

The onsens available for guests are truly amazing, with beautiful scenery and relaxing waters. guests can borrow bikes for free, which allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The room was also pleasantly warm thanks to the air-conditioning.

The lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to get information and ask for assistance. some amenities advertised were not available, such as silverware and pots in the kitchen.

We had a lovely romantic getaway and enjoyed the great location of this hotel. The stunning onsens up the road were a highlight of our stay, and we were thrilled to be able to use them for free. We also appreciated the warm and cozy air-conditioned room, as well as the convenient free parking that the hotel offered.

Our experience was not without its flaws. On the last day of our stay, there was an issue with the pipes freezing, which left us without any water. It was quite inconvenient, and it put a damper on our final day. Additionally, the narrow door was a bit tricky to navigate, and while there was a kitchen, we were disappointed to find that there were no pots, pans, or silverware available for use. It would have been nice to use the kitchen during our stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Gorgeous free onsen up the road. Warm room with AC. Free parking. Possibility of borrowing bikes.
